Villa Nikoï is a modern 145 m² house located in Domaine des Ajoncs, Le Logeo, in a quiet residential area just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. It’s the perfect place for a peaceful stay with family or friends, away from noisy neighbors and without needing a car to stroll by the water. Inside, the open-plan living area features exposed beams, a large bay window opening onto the terrace, and a fireplace for cooler evenings. Oak flooring, simple furnishings, and plenty of natural light create a welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a central island and a large wooden table, ideal for gathering together. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, one with a bathtub, comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. Wifi, TV, workspace, washing machine, and dryer are provided. Outside, you’ll enjoy two wooden terraces and a garden enclosed by a hedge. Garden furniture, a barbecue, and sunshine that moves from one terrace to the other throughout the day await you. You will be greeted on site with key handover, a tour of the house, and a local team available throughout your stay. The Équinoxe oyster farm is nearby. The port of Logeo is a five-minute walk away for boat trips or paddleboarding. The GR 34 coastal path runs alongside, winding between coves and salt marshes. On the other side of the Rhuys peninsula, the ocean’s large beaches and Suscinio Castle are a fifteen-minute bike ride away. Two parking spaces on site. Parties and events are not allowed.
